河北省多地圈养貉子十二指肠贾第虫的分子鉴定及分析

为了解河北省圈养貉子十二指肠贾第虫感染及基因型分布情况,从河北省多地共采集389份新鲜貉子粪便样品,采用基于十二指肠贾第虫SSU rRNA基因巢式PCR检测所有样本,对获得的阳性样本分别扩增十二指肠贾第虫TPI和GDH基因并测序分析.结果显示,河北省圈养貉子十二指肠贾第虫感染率为3.3%(13/389),不同地区貉子十二指肠贾第虫感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时,不同年龄和粪便类型的貉子十二指肠贾第虫感染率差异也均无统计学意义(P>0.05).序列分析表明,研究获得的十二指肠贾第虫基因型均为具人畜共患的聚集体B.研究结果扩大了对十二指肠贾第虫聚集体B感染宿主范围的认识.
Molecular Identification and Analysis of Giardia duodenalis in Captive Raccoon Dogs in Different Areas of Hebei Province
To understand the infection situation and genotype distribution of Giardia duodenalis in captive raccoon dogs in Hebei province,389 fresh fecal samples of raccoon dogs were collected from different regions in Hebei province.All samples were detected by the nested PCR based on SSU rRNA gene of G.duodenalis.Then,the TPI and GDH genes of G.duodenalis-positive samples were amplified and sequenced for analysis.The results showed that the infection rate of G.duodenalis in captive raccoon dogs in Hebei province was 3.3%(13/389),and there was no significant difference in the infection rate of G.duodenalis in raccoon dogs in different regions(P>0.05).Meanwhile,the infection rate of G.duodena-lis in raccoon dogs of different ages or with different fecal types showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Sequence analysis showed that all the G.duodenalis genotypes obtained in this study were zoonotic assemblage B.The results in the present study have expanded our understanding of the infection host range infected by G.duodenalis assemblage B.
