基于主动容错控制策略的物流机器人故障检测研究

以基于主动容错控制策略的物流机器人故障检测为研究对象,探索通过主动式控制策略,实现对物流机器人的故障预防、故障诊断和即时修复.提出了基于多传感器数据融合的故障诊断方法,并开发了具有主动干预能力的容错控制算法.通过仿真验证,评估了该策略对物流机器人故障检测和容错控制的有效性和可行性.结果表明,基于主动容错控制策略的物流机器人故障检测具有较高的准确率和稳定性,可以有效避免或减少故障的发生,提高物流运营效率和质量.
Research on Fault Detection of Logistics Robots Based on Active Fault-tolerant Control Strategies
This paper focuses on the fault detection of logistics robots based on active fault-tolerant control strategies,and explores the realization of fault prevention,fault diagnosis,and instant repair of logistics robots through active con-trol strategies.We propose a fault diagnosis method based on multi-sensor data fusion,and develop a fault-tolerant con-trol algorithm with active intervention capability.The effectiveness and feasibility of this strategy for fault detection and fault-tolerant control of logistics robots are evaluated through simulation verification.The results show that the fault detec-tion of logistics robots based on active fault-tolerant control strategies has relatively higher accuracy and stability,which can effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of faults and improve the efficiency and quality of logistics operations.
