Blame and its response are a common dynamic pragmatic phenomena in the online context, and the related achievements are mainly based on research perspectives such as speech acts,discourse-historical,and interpersonal pragmatics. However, there is relatively little exploration from the perspective of social pragmatics, and the social pragmatic motivations of accusation responses have not received the attention they deserve. In response to the multi-party online comments triggered by the public events of"the child passengers making loud noises on train",this paper firstly analyzes the linguistic realizations of blame responses in the public online contexts and then explores the sociopragmatic motivations of the responses, aiming to explain the sociopragmatic motivation of(im)proper public acts and their social features.
