分布式领导视域下的大学英语教学改革探究

摘要
教师领导在教育改进实践中发挥着关键作用,与分布式领导在教学组织中的发展密切相关.基于分布式领导的概念框架和前人的研究成果,文章研究从赋予教师专业自主权、强化英语教师的领导观念和强调团队合作的作用等方面提出了发展大学英语教师分布式领导的策略.
Abstract
Teacher leadership has played a key role in the practice of educational improvement,which is closely connected with the development of distributed leadership in the teaching organization.Based on the conceptual framework of distributed leadership and previ-ous studies'results,this article proposes some strategies for the development of college English teachers'distributed leadership by empowe-ring teachers'profession autonomy,strengthening teachers'concept of leadership and emphasizing the role of teamwork.
