British and American literature plays an indispensable role in enhancing students'comprehensive English language abilities and cultural literacy.However,the challenges posed by limited class hours and a substantial curriculum content hinder the delivery of high-quality instruction on this literature.This paper endeavors to leverage the BOPPPS teaching model as a theoretical framework to tran-scend the conventional boundaries of classroom teaching.By fully capitalizing on the advantages of online educational resources and plat-forms,it seeks to explore blended teaching pathways for British and American literature courses,offering students a more diverse,flexible and interactive learning experience,aiming to deepen and broaden the learning process,amplify student engagement,and ultimately opti-mize the course's instructional efficacy.
