The Application of Layered Teaching in English Language Teaching
With the development of education in China,the demand for students'comprehensive knowledge level is getting higher and higher,thus emphasizing the important position of English in colleges and universities.Learning English can cultivate students'English thinking ability and fully prepare them for future life and work in society and international integration.However,China's colleges and uni-versities have been teaching monotonous and boring English courses for a long time,which has brought many problems to English teaching at this stage.The article firstly briefly describes the current situation of English teaching in China's colleges and universities,the existing problems,analyses the current status of research at home and abroad,discusses in detail the effective application of layered teaching in college English teaching through the definition of layered teaching.
