摘要
本研究通过问卷调查与访谈,对自治区一所本科院校的英语教研团队群就团队目标、团队文化、团队结构和团队激励制度进行分析,评估教研团队的发展现状.结果表明,教研团队在目标设定、文化建设、结构优化和激励机制方面存在问题.研究指出提升应用型地方本科院校教研团队工作效能的关键因素并提出建设性建议.
Abstract
Through questionnaires and interviews,this study analyzes teams of English teaching and research at a local university in terms of team goals,team culture,team structure,and team incentive systems,and evaluates the development of the teams.The results indicate there are issues in goal setting,cultural construction,structure optimization,and incentive mechanism with the teams.The study identifies key factors for improving the work efficiency of the teaching and research teams of local application-oriented undergraduate uni-versities and offers constructive suggestions.
