摘要
"一带一路"倡议背景下,传统的语言技能外语人才培养模式正逐渐转向复合型外语人才培养.青海高校肩负着当地人才培养输出的重要任务,在外语人才培养方面也面临着改革的机遇与挑战.文章主要对青海高校复合型外语人才培养的现状进行调查分析,针对其培养模式中的不足和挑战提出应对策略.
Abstract
Under the background of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,the traditional language skills cultivation of foreign language tal-ent training mode is gradually shifting towards the cultivation of compound foreign language talents.Universities in Qinghai bear the impor-tant task of cultivating local talents,and are facing opportunities and challenges in the training of foreign language talents.This article mainly investigates and analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of compound foreign language talents in Qinghai universities,and proposes strategies to address the shortcomings and challenges in their training models.
