A Study on the Exploration and Innovation of English Teacher Professional Education Practice Mode in New Era
Through educational practice,generating practical teaching knowledge and ability of Normal University students is an im-portant content to understand the complexity of teaching and improve the initiative of teaching,and is also one of the core issues of teacher education reform and development.This paper adopts a qualitative research method to explore the current situation of pre-service English teacher education,so as to understand that in teaching practice it is necessary to improve the professional theoretical and practical knowl-edge of Normal University students;to cultivate their core classroom teaching ability,and to build an online education practice platform system for students according to the needs of the Times,the country and the society.It is therefore necessary to establish the new standards for educational practice of English majors and to promote reform and encourage innovation.
