Exploration of Innovative Practice in College English Quality Education under the Transformation of Teacher Role
With the development of globalization and the deepening of educational reform,college English quality education is facing new challenges and opportunities.The role of teachers needs to shift from traditional knowledge disseminators to guides to meet the needs of quality education.Based on this,the article first summarizes the importance of teacher role transformation in college English quality educa-tion,and points out the problems existing in current college English quality education.It proposes a task driven and result-oriented teach-ing design as the core,as well as the effective integration of the first,second,third,and fourth classrooms,aiming to achieve the interac-tion between student self-directed learning and teacher guidance,determine the dynamic balance between student centeredness and teachers'leadership,create a classroom atmosphere that promotes students'development,and provide innovative practical paths for college English quality education.
