基于语类教学法的学术英语写作教学模式探索

摘要
国际期刊论文的阅读和写作能力培养已成为高等教育外语教学的热点.本研究探索以语类教学法为基础的学术英语写作教学模式,并应用于教学实践.研究要求学生观察、辨读、讨论并标注出专业期刊英语论文的典型语步和相关语言表达,归纳各语步趋于使用的词汇语法和句式特征.教学实践结果显示,学生的期刊论文语类能力、读写能力和科研能力都得到了明显的提高.
Abstract
The cultivation of university students'reading and writing ability of research articles(RAs)has become a great pedagogi-cal interest at China's tertiary education.The study analyses the genre-based pedagogical approach in English for Academic Purposes(EAP)writing and applies it to teaching practice.Students are required to observe,identify,discuss and annotate typical move structure analysis along with the co-occurring linguistic features,such as lexical-grammatical features and syntactic patterns.The course feedback shows that the identification of generic features may develop learners'genre knowledge,improve their ability of reading discipline-specific RAs and research competence.
