Guided by the theory of OBE and relying on modern educational technology,this paper applies the BOPPPS teaching mod-el to college English teaching,trying to build a blended teaching model online and offline,and exploring the path and application of con-struction of the OBE+BOPPPS blended teaching model from the aspects of establishing teaching objectives,designing teaching contents and processes to teaching evaluation and feedback.
