摘要
本研究针对创新创业的背景探讨了"外语+"复合型人才培养的理论基础、当前状况、挑战,以及为此提供的创新路径和保障方法.通过对现行的培养方式实践的详细分析,识别出了存在的缺陷,并且提议通过调整课程架构、引入教学创新、增强实践教学与学校与企业之间的合作,建立综合性的评价机制等方法来对此进行完善.文章重点阐述了政策扶持、教师团队的塑造以及资源分配对此种培养方式的关键作用,其目的在于为培育具备创意和创业思维的多技能人员提供理论及实践的指引.
Abstract
In view of the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,this study discusses the theoretical basis,current situation and challenges of"foreign language+"compound talent training,as well as the innovation path and guarantee methods provided for this purpose.Through a detailed analysis of the current training methods and practices,the existing shortcomings were identified,and it was proposed to improve them by adjusting the curriculum structure,introducing teaching innovations,strengthening practical teaching and co-operation between schools and enterprises,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation mechanism.The paper focuses on the key role of policy support,the shaping of the teaching team,and the allocation of resources for this type of training,with the aim of providing theoret-ical and practical guidance for cultivating multi-skilled personnel with creative and entrepreneurial thinking.
