摘要
文章基于共同体理论,探讨了在当今数字化背景下大学英语教研室共同体的构建与发展,探索如何通过深化智慧教学改革和提升教学质量来推动教研室的发展.文章首先提出了构建教研室共同体的重要性,接着详细阐述了实现这一目标的方法和策略,并结合实践探讨了其在实际运行中的成效及面临的挑战,最后对未来大学英语教研室共同体建设的发展方向以及推动教师专业发展中的积极作用进行了展望.
Abstract
This paper explores the construction and development of the community of college English teaching and research offices in today's digital context,based on the theory of community.It investigates how the deepening of intelligent teaching reform and the enhance-ment of teaching quality can promote the development of teaching and research offices.The paper begins by highlighting the importance of establishing a community of teaching and research offices,and then elaborates on the methods and strategies for achieving this goal and discusses their effectiveness and challenges in practical operation.Finally,it looks forward to the future direction and its positive role in promoting teachers'professional development.
