A Case Study of"Reading to Foster Writing"in University English Teaching at Independent Colleges from the Perspective of Scaffold Theory—Taking"Unit 4 The Company Man from New College English Integrated Course 1"as an Example
This article,based on scaffold theory,focuses on the application value of this theory in the"reading to foster writing"teaching activities in college English.Beginning with a conceptual explanation of scaffold theory and the"zone of proximal development"in college English writing teaching,the article then analyzes the difficulties and issues the author has encountered in teaching writing over the years.The main emphasis is on how to utilize scaffold theory in conducting unit theme studies that foster writing through reading,aiming to provide references for colleagues in the field of writing teaching.
