This study explores effective strategies to enhance students'participation in oral presentations in college financial English classes through two cycles of action research.In the first cycle,the establishment of the teacher's role as an"intermediary"and the imple-mentation of a scientific evaluation system significantly improved student engagement.The second cycle introduced the case teaching meth-od,which further enhanced students'collaborative abilities and interest in learning.This study aims to provide practical teaching strategies for college financial English instruction,to stimulate students'learning motivation and critical thinking skills,thereby increasing their par-ticipation in oral presentations.
