Exploration of Teaching Design Methods for College English Based on Core Literacy
After the Ministry of Education introduced the overall framework related to student core literacy,cultivating student core literacy has become the center of talent cultivation in major universities.The article explores the design method of college English class-room teaching based on core competencies,analyzes the current situation of college English teaching,and proposes a teaching path based on core competencies,including selecting differentiated textbooks,actively innovating teaching models,reducing the proportion of theoret-ical teaching,and balancing culture and language teaching.Through these methods,the aim is to enhance the core English literacy of col-lege students and improve the quality of English classroom teaching.
