摘要

元认知策略,指的是个体对自己的认知过程进行计划、监控和调节的一系列技巧和方法,它对提高学生学习效率、培养学生解决问题能力具有重要作用.在英语阅读过程中,元认知策略的应用可以帮助学生明确阅读目的、选择合适的学习方法、监控理解过程并适时调整策略,从而达到更深层次的理解和记忆.研究通过理论和实证相结合的方法探讨了基于元认知策略的大学英语阅读教学模式的优化路径,期望研究的成果能够推动大学英语阅读教学模式的优化.

Abstract

Metacognitive strategy refers to a series of skills and methods that individuals use to plan,monitor,and regulate their cog-nitive processes.It plays an important role in improving students'learning efficiency and cultivating problem-solving abilities.In the process of English reading,the application of metacognitive strategies can help students clarify the reading purpose,choose appropriate learning methods,monitor the understanding process,and adjust strategies in a timely manner,thereby achieving deeper understanding and memory.The study explores the optimization path of college English reading teaching mode based on metacognitive strategies through a combination of theory and empirical methods,hoping that the research results can promote the optimization of college English reading teaching mode.
