Under the context of the Belt and Road initiative,college English teachers are required to carry out cross-cultural teaching consciously and systematically in order to improve students'cross-cultural communicative competence.At the same time,the research in the field of language education shows that the comparative learning of Chinese and foreign languages in the process of foreign language learning can achieve better learning results.In view of this,this paper first briefly expounds the"Survival"dilemma of Chinese culture in college English and the necessity of its integration in college English teaching,on the basis of this,this paper discusses and summarizes the strategies of Chinese culture integration in college English from the perspective of language transfer theory,aiming at further improving the effect of cultivating students'cross-cultural communicative competence in college English teaching.
