近年来,地方本科院校英语专业就业形势异常严峻并存在严重的教育焦虑.为了实现地方本科院校英语专业毕业生就业突围,需在就业指导体系上下功夫.本研究从就业指导课程建设、导师队伍、项目式实践实习、行业思政、课程思政等方面入手构建地方本科院校英语专业"贯通式"就业指导体系,转变学生、家长就业观念,提升英语专业毕业生综合就业能力.
Abstract
In recent years,the employment situation of English majors in local undergraduate universities has been extremely severe,and there is serious educational anxiety.In order to achieve a breakthrough in the employment of English majors,efforts must be made in the employment guidance system.This study constructs a"four-year continuous training"employment guidance system for English majors in local undergraduate universities from the aspects of employment guidance curriculum construction,tutor team,project-based practical internships,industry-specific ideological and political education,and curriculum-based ideological and political education.The aim is to change the employment concepts of students and parents and improve the comprehensive employment ability of English majors students.
