As an advanced educational concept,Outcome-Based Education(OBE)emphasizes taking students'learning outcomes as the center,clarifying teaching objectives,reverse-designing teaching process,and focusing on students'learning experience and achieve-ment of results.A product of the profound convergence of information technology and education,the Flipped Classroom places learning in the hands of students by adjusting schedules in and out of the classroom,giving teachers more time for deep interaction and personalized instruction.The purpose of this article is to discuss the application practice process and how flipped classroom can be effectively integrated into college English listening,speaking,reading and writing teaching so as to promote the comprehensive improvement of students'English application abilities.
