With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the field of education is undergoing profound trans-formations,posing new demands and challenges for the professional development of college English teachers.This article endeavors to ex-plore how college English teachers can effectively respond to technological innovations and forge their own paths of professional growth by focusing on four key areas:enhancing technology integration,innovating teaching models,revitalizing instructional content and methods,and reconstructing teacher-student relationships.
