Under the background of building a New Liberal Arts,high-quality education system,and high-quality talent system,this article takes"student-centered,result oriented"as the teaching philosophy,integrates the teaching content around the three dimen-sions of College Students'English ability-language ability,specialized knowledge system,and cross-major knowledge system,and con-structs the professional direction trend of"College English+specialized knowledge"in combination with Chaoxing App,Unipus App,and excellent MOOC resources,break discipline barriers,and promote cross-major fusion of liberal arts.
