This article explores the strategies for stimulating and maintaining learning motivation in second language acquisition.Through the analysis of behaviorism and cognitivism motivation theories,internal factors(personal interests,self-efficacy,attribution style)and external factors(teachers,environment)that affect learning motivation were identified.Research has found that clear goals,in-creased confidence,and positive attribution can help stimulate internal motivation;Optimizing teacher teaching and improving the learning environment can externally promote motivation.Based on these findings,this article suggests setting specific goals,enhancing confidence,cultivating positive attribution habits,and strengthening teacher training and improving the learning environment to stimulate and maintain learning motivation,in order to promote second language acquisition effectiveness.
