校企合作背景下应用型本科高校英语笔译课程的转型与实践研究

摘要
提升翻译实践能力对高校培养符合市场需求的高素质翻译人才至关重要.传统翻译教育往往聚焦于翻译技巧的传授,却在一定程度上忽视了对学生翻译实践能力的全面培养.为了弥补这一不足,江西科技学院外国语学院通过优化培养方案、引入线上实习、组织公益翻译活动、激励竞赛参与及邀请专家讲座等创新措施,深化与翻译公司的合作,建立实践基地,实施产教融合模式.此举旨在构建新时代下高效的应用型翻译人才培养路径,强化学生实践能力与综合素养,精准对接社会需求.
Abstract
Enhancing translation practical ability is crucial for universities to cultivate high-quality translation talents that meet mar-ket demands.Traditional translation education often focuses on imparting translation skills while neglecting the comprehensive cultivation of students'translation practical ability to a certain extent.To address this shortcoming,the School of Foreign Languages at Jiangxi University of Technology has deepened its cooperation with translation companies by optimizing training programs,introducing online internships,or-ganizing public-interest translation activities,encouraging competition participation,and inviting expert lectures.These innovative meas-ures have established practical bases and implemented the integration of industry and education.This initiative aims to construct an effi-cient and applied translation talent training path in the new era,strengthen students'practical abilities and comprehensive qualities,and precisely meet social demands.
