英语报刊选读课程融合式教学的实践探索——以湖北师范大学文理学院为例

近年来,在"新文科"背景下,外语学科建设已逐渐体现出打通文史哲、多学科融合发展的理念。《英语报刊选读》作为英语类语言课程,需要教师和学生多渠道、多角度获取和解读报刊内容。融合式教学结合线上学习与线下面授等多种教学形式,顺应新文科背景下对外语类课程的要求。文章基于笔者所在院校《英语报刊选读》课程教学现状,推动融合式教学在该课程中的应用,有助于培养具有学科交叉能力的复合型人才。
Research on the Blended Teaching Based on the Selected Reading in English News—Taking the College of Arts and Sciences of Hubei Normal University as an Example
In recent years,within the context of the New Liberal Arts initiative,the construction of foreign language discipline has in-creasingly reflected the concept of integrating literature,history,and philosophy,as well as promoting interdisciplinary growth.As an Eng-lish language course,Selected Reading in English News requires teachers and students to acquire and understand the contents of English newspapers through multiple channels and perspectives.Blended teaching combines online learning and offline teaching,which is in line with the requirements of foreign languages courses in the context of New Liberal Arts.Based on the current teaching situation of the Select-ed Reading in English News in the author's college,this paper promotes the application of blended teaching in the course,which helps to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with cross-disciplinary ability.
