Developing a Medical Humanistic English Course Oriented by Post Competency
With the reform of medical education,the cultivation of the medical humanistic spirit has become a top priority.This pa-per,starting from the importance of the Medical Humanistic English course in medical humanities education,proposes a curriculum con-struction model based on post competency.The article analyzes the current situation of Medical Humanistic English course,emphasizes the significant role of post competency in curriculum setting,and puts forward some reform strategies for the course from the perspectives of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching approaches,and evaluation systems,aiming to cultivate medical professionals with both humanistic care and an international perspective.
