科研英语演讲体裁研究综述——基于3MT与5MRP的分析与启示

随着国际学术交流对英语语言能力要求的提升,科研英语演讲逐渐成为学术交流的重要形式.文章通过对国内外科研英语演讲体裁的现有研究,尤其是 3MT(Three-Minute Thesis)演讲和 5MRP(Five-Minute Research Presentations)的文献进行综述,探讨了学者们在体裁分析方面的主要研究成果.研究发现,3MT已形成较为系统的研究框架,而 5MRP作为一种新兴的学术英语活动形式,在国内的研究还处于起步阶段.文章旨在为未来的研究提供参考方向,推动 5MRP的教学实践,提升学生在国际学术舞台上的表现力.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for English proficiency in international academic communication,research presentations in English have become an essential form of scholarly exchange.This paper reviews existing research on academic genres in research presen-tations,particularly focusing on Three-Minute Thesis(3MT)presentations and Five-Minute Research Presentations(5MRP).The study discusses the main research achievements of scholars in the field of genre analysis.While a systematic research framework has been estab-lished for the academic genre of 3MT presentations,5MRP,as an emerging form of academic English instruction in China,is still in its early stages of research.This paper aims to provide directions for future studies and enhance the practice of 5MRP in academic settings,thereby improving students'performance on the global academic stage.
