摘要
本研究基于成果导向教育框架,探讨人力资源管理专业英语听说能力培养策略.通过文献分析和问卷调查,研究设计了听说为重的课程体系和多元化教学方法,包括工作场景听力训练、商务情境口语实践、任务型教学和翻转课堂等.结果表明,以学习成果为导向的课程设计和评估体系能有效提升学生的英语听说技能.研究建议将OBE理念融入专业英语教学,注重实践应用,培养符合行业需求的英语人才.
Abstract
This study explores strategies for cultivating English listening and speaking skills in the human resource management major based on the Outcome-Based Education framework.Through literature analysis and questionnaire surveys,the research designed a curricu-lum system emphasizing listening and speaking,along with diverse teaching methods,including work scenario-based listening training,business situation oral practice,task-based teaching,and flipped classroom.Results show that outcome-oriented curriculum design and assessment systems can effectively enhance students'English listening and speaking skills.The study suggests integrating OBE concepts in-to professional English teaching,focusing on practical applications to cultivate English talents meeting industry demands.
