高校英语教师测评素养现状分析与提升策略研究

摘要
本研究针对高校英语教师测评素养现状进行分析,发现教师在测评理解和运用上存在不足,影响测评结果的科学性.通过问卷调查和访谈,揭示教师在测评设计、实施及结果分析上的薄弱环节.研究提出基于教师专业发展和学校支持的提升策略,包括培训工作坊、激励机制和案例研究,以优化测评实践,提高教学质量.实证研究表明,有效提升教师专业发展路径能显著改善教师测评素养,促进教学与学习的持续改进.
Abstract
This study analyzes the current situation of English teachers'assessment literacy in universities and finds that there are de-ficiencies in teachers'understanding and application of assessment,which affects the scientificity of assessment results.Through question-naire surveys and interviews,reveal the weak links of teachers in evaluation design,implementation,and result analysis.The study propo-ses improvement strategies based on teacher professional development and school support,including training workshops,incentive mecha-nisms,and case studies,to optimize assessment practices and improve teaching quality.Empirical research has shown that effectively en-hancing the professional development path of teachers can significantly improve their assessment literacy and promote continuous improve-ment in teaching and learning.
