概念整合理论由Fauconnier和Turner提出,聚焦于人类心智在理解和创造意义时的动态整合过程.英汉成语翻译超越语言层面的简单转换,更是文化交流的桥梁.本研究运用概念整合理论,分析成语翻译中的动态意义构建.研究结果验证了该理论的阐释力,拓宽了其应用范围,并为成语翻译研究提供了新视角,助力中华成语文化的国际传播与理解.
Abstract
Conceptual integration theory,proposed by Fauconnier and Turner,focuses on the dynamic integration process of the hu-man mind in understanding and creating meaning.English-Chinese idiom translation goes beyond the simple conversion at the language level and is more of a bridge for cultural exchange.This study applies CIT to analyze the dynamic meaning construction in translation.The results validate the interpretive power of the theory,broaden its scope of application,and provide a new perspective for idiom translation research,helping the international dissemination and understanding of Chinese idiom culture.
