摘要
学术共同体作为促进学术交流与合作的重要平台,为翻译教师提供了丰富的学术资源和广阔的交流空间.通过构建基于学术共同体的科研能力提升体系,可以有效整合各方资源,激发翻译教师的科研热情,提升其科研能力,进而推动翻译教育的创新发展.文章将从明确科研定位、增强学术素养、拓展研究视野、优化知识结构等方面入手,结合学术交流、科研激励、评价体系完善、合作网络拓展、产学研用融合及科研导师制度实施等具体路径,系统探讨如何有效提升应用型本科翻译教师的科研能力,以期为翻译学科的发展提供有力支持.
Abstract
As an important platform to promote academic exchange and cooperation,academic community provides translation teachers with abundant academic resources and broad communication space.By building a system based on academic community to en-hance scientific research ability,resources of all parties can be effectively integrated,the enthusiasm of translation teachers for scientific research can be aroused,their scientific research ability can be improved,and the innovative development of translation education can be promoted.This paper will systematically discuss how to effectively improve the scientific research ability of applied undergraduate transla-tion teachers from the aspects of clarifying scientific research orientation,enhancing academic literacy,expanding research horizons,opti-mizing knowledge structure,and combining with specific approaches such as academic exchange,scientific research incentive,improve-ment of evaluation system,expansion of cooperation network,integration of industry-university-research and application,and implemen-tation of scientific research tutor system.The paper aims to provide strong support for the development of translation.
