Semantic Evolution of Middle Construction from the Perspective of Dynamic Systems Theory
The Middle Construction has undergone multiple stages in the history of language development, reflecting the evolution of the relationship between language and society. From the perspective of generative grammar, early western scholars analyzed the structure, semantic characteristics and generative methods of Middle Construction. In recent years,Dynamic Systems Theory has gained wide applica-tion in understanding the complex learning processes of students, the development of second language writing, and the adaptation of learn-ing strategies. However, there is limited research on applying Dynamic Systems Theory to the study of the semantic evolution of Middle Construction.Based on Dynamic Systems Theory, the study aims to conduct an in-depth exploration of Middle Construction across different periods to reveal the processes of semantic evolution, providing a new theoretical perspective on the dynamism, complexity, and openness of language research.
