研究基于自建的汉英双语平行语料库,以"出现"一词为例,探讨汉英商务翻译中的语际隐化特征.研究发现,该词采用省译策略的频率较高,英译存在隐化倾向,通过总结该词的翻译规律,为此类描述现象的汉英商务翻译提供一定的借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Drawing from a self-built Chinese-English bilingual parallel corpus,the study delves into the implicitation in Chinese-English business translation using the word"chuxian"as a case study.The research reveals a high frequency of employing the omission strategy and implicitation in English translations.Outlining the translation rules for this word,the study offers references for translating de-scriptive information in Chinese-English business contexts.
