The concept of Outcome-based Education(OBE)provides theoretical guidance for the reform of higher education.The"online and offline"blended teaching mode promotes the innovation of college English teaching through the integration of digital resources and classroom interaction.Based on the OBE concept,college English teaching aims to improve language application skills,while develo-ping critical thinking and cross-cultural communication skills.However,the implementation still faces problems such as the implementa-tion of goals,resource integration and insufficient student participation.This study discusses the path of optimizing college English blended teaching based on OBE concept to provide references for educational practice.
