摘要

笔者提出了数字资源扩展应用的必要性,以齐齐哈尔医学院和各附属医院网络及资源建设情况为例,时如何实现数字资源扩展应用进行了深入研究,提出了几种解决方案,通过对比,选择了一种最节约学院网络资源并且安全有效的解决方案,通过软件和硬件结合的方式,利用IPSec/SSL VPN技术实现了读者异地获取并安全使用图书馆数字资源,并将实现步骤进行了详细的说明.
