摘要
铅酸蓄电池用 T2 型端子在使用中有时会被接线卡子卡裂,造成端子爬酸、漏液的现象.端子烧焊深度浅是造成端子被卡裂的一个非常关键的因素.针对端子烧焊深度浅的问题进行原因分析,对端子烧焊结构进行改进,并通过试验验证结构改进后的端子烧焊效果,提高了改进后的端子烧焊深度及其稳定性,保证了蓄电池使用中的可靠性.
Abstract
The T2 type terminal of lead-acid batteries may be stuck and cracked by the wiring clip during use,causing terminal acid leakage and causing unnecessary losses and impacts to users and manufacturers.The shallow welding depth of terminals is a crucial factor causing terminal cracking.This article analyzes the reasons for the problem of shallow welding depth of terminals,improves the design of the welding structure of terminals,and verifies the welding effect of the improved structure through experiments.The improved welding depth and stability of terminals are improved,ensuring the reliability of the battery in use.
