摘要
运用三维设计软件对包装件建立几何模型,应用有限元分析软件 ANSYS Workbench 对包装件进行跌落仿真分析和随机振动分析,对包装件在包装运输环境中的可靠性进行模拟,得到在现实常规试验中无法获取的试验数据,为蓄电池包装件设计提供参考依据.
Abstract
In this paper,three-dimensional design software is used to establish the geometric model of the packaging,and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the drop simulation analysis and random vibration analysis of the packaging,so as to simulate the reliability of the packaging in the packaging and transportation environment,and then obtain the test data that cannot be obtained in the actual routine test,providing a reference basis for the design of battery packaging.
