摘要
探讨了铅蓄电池制造企业数字化转型的重要性和可行性.根据铅蓄电池的生产工艺流程,基于物联网技术和数据采集与处理技术,设计了数据采集平台总体架构.并且,建立了铅蓄电池数据采集平台的网络架构,采用多种方式有效地收集和分析铅蓄电池生产过程中的各类数据.最后,展示了数据采集平台在铅蓄电池制造企业中的应用效果,帮助企业更好地实现设备状态监控、质量控制、生产过程控制等,为企业的生产管理提供有价值的信息和支持.
Abstract
The importance and feasibility of digital transformation of lead battery manufacturing enterprises are discussed.According to the production process of lead battery,based on the Internet of Things technology and data acquisition and processing technology,the overall architecture of data acquisition platform is designed.In addition,the network architecture of lead-battery data collection platform is established to collect and analyze all kinds of data in lead-battery production effectively.Finally,it shows the application effect of data acquisition platform in lead battery manufacturing enterprises,which helps enterprises to better realize equipment status monitoring,quality control,production process control,etc.,and provides valuable information and support for production management of enterprises.
