摘要

采用固含量及 pH 值、SEM、IR、TGA/DSC 等分析方法对两种木素进行理化性能分析.对分别采用这两种木素的 12 V 70 Ah 样品电池进行低温放电性能、充电接受能力和循环寿命性能验证.结果发现:两种木素在官能团及热重分析的第 1 个吸热峰存在差异.木素 B 对铅酸蓄电池的低温放电性能、25℃下 17.5%DoD 循环寿命和 60℃下 17.5%DoD 循环寿命更有利.通过综合分析木素 B 的理化性能和电化学性能得出了木素 B 的最佳添加量.

Abstract

The physicochemical properties of the two lignins were analyzed by solid content,pH value,SEM,IR,TGA/DSC,etc.The low temperature discharge performance,charging acceptability and cycle life performance of 12 V 70 Ah sample batteries using each lignin were verified.The results showed that there were differences between the two lignins in functional groups and the first endothermic peak of thermogravimetric analysis.Lignin B is more beneficial to low temperature discharge performance,17.5%DoD cycle life at 25℃ and 17.5%DoD cycle life at 60℃ of lead-acid batteries.The optimum addition amount of lignin B was obtained by comprehensive analysis of physicochemical and electrochemical properties of lignin B.
