负极添加剂对铅酸蓄电池低温性能的影响分析

通过 DSC 热流曲线初步分析了木素 A 与腐植酸的热分解峰差异.通过 SEM 扫描电镜分析了 3 种添加剂(木素 A、腐植酸和乙炔黑)及负极活性物质的微观晶貌.通过测试,对比分析了木素 A、腐植酸和乙炔黑对电池初期容量、低温容量及低温充电接受能力的影响.结果表明:木素 A与腐植酸热分解峰温度不同,木素 A、腐植酸和乙炔黑的微观形貌也不同.结合木素 A、腐植酸和乙炔黑的作用机理,猜测可能它们对电池低温性能影响程度不同.不同添加剂配比下的负极活性物质微观晶貌、孔径等没有太大差异.木素 A、腐植酸、乙炔黑均能够提高电池初期容量、低温容量和低温充电接受能力,但是相对来说木素 A 的影响程度较大,而且其添加量越多,电池初期容量、低温容量及低温充电接受能力越好.
The difference of thermal decomposition peak between lignin A and humic acid was analyzed by DSC heat flow curves.The microstructure of three additives(lignin A,humic acid and acetylene black)and negative active materials were analyzed by SEM.The effects of lignin A,humic acid and acetylene black on the initial capacity,low temperature capacity and low temperature charging capacity of the battery were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the micro-morphology of lignin A,humic acid and acetylene black were different with different thermal decomposition peak temperatures.Combined with the action mechanism of lignin A,humic acid and acetylene black,it is speculated that they may have different effects on the low temperature performance of the battery.There is no significant difference in the microstructure and pore size of the negative active substance under different additive ratio.Lignin A,humic acid,acetylene black can improve the initial capacity,low temperature capacity and low temperature charge acceptance of the battery,but relatively speaking,the influence of lignin A is larger,and the more it is added,the better the initial capacity of the battery,low temperature capacity and low temperature charge acceptance.
