摘要

在锂电池全生命周期内,退役锂电池的性能衰减模式处于负极 SEI 膜增厚为主向析锂为主过渡阶段.梯次锂电池应用的关键是退役锂电池筛选和梯次应用锂电池配组.新增了同组配组、拆前容量配组,优化了空电开路电压配组等技术工艺,提升了梯次应用锂电池的均衡一致性.梯次应用锂电池宜应用于包括太阳能庭院灯、草坪灯等低电压等级、低容量、低倍率及浅循环的非特殊重要场合.

Abstract

During the whole life cycle of lithium batteries,the performance attenuation mode of retired lithium batteries is in the transition stage from negative SEI film thickening to lithium evolution.The key of echelon lithium battery application is retired lithium battery screening and echelon lithium battery assembly.The same group and capacity group before disassembly are added,and the open circuit voltage group and other technical processes are optimized to improve the balance and consistency of lithium batteries for cascade applications.Lithium batteries should be used in non-special important occasions with low voltage level,low capacity,low power rate and shallow cycle,including solar garden lights and lawn lights.
