Influence of assembly pressure of AGM separator on the performance of VRLA lead-acid battery

研究了 AGM 隔板的注液量、注液种类、纤维直径、增强隔板以及初始压力等因素对装配压力的影响.实验证明,注液量为饱和吸液量的 90%,装配压力控制在 60 kPa 左右,可以明显改善阀控式铅酸蓄电池的循环寿命.
In this paper,the effects of injection amount,type of injection,fiber diameter,reinforced partition and initial pressure on the assembly pressure of AGM separator were studied.The experimental results show that the cycle life of valve-regulated lead-acid battery can be improved obviously when the injection volume is 90%of the saturated suction volume and the assembly pressure is controlled at about 60 kPa.
