阀控式铅酸电池极板恒压固化工艺研究

为稳定极板固化过程中的各项参数,提高阀控式铅酸蓄电池极板性能,采用恒压 400 kPa、温度 75℃固化 6 h,恒压 300 kPa、温度 55℃固化 8 h 和 50℃固化 4 h 的极板固化工艺.所制备的极板性能均衡,铅膏中游离铅含量不大于 1.40%.所制备的电池实际容量提高约 7.1 Ah且均衡性好,循环耐久能力提高约 61 次.
Research on constant pressure curing process for plates of valve regulated lead-acid batteries
In order to stabilize the parameters of the plate curing process and improve the performance of plate of the valve regulated lead-acid battery,the plate curing process of constant pressure 400 kPa,temperature 75℃ curing for 6 hours,constant pressure 300 kPa,temperature 55℃ curing for 8 hours and 50℃ curing for 4 hours was adopted.The prepared plates have balanced performance,and the free lead content in the lead paste is not more than 1.40%.The actual capacity of the prepared battery has been increased by about 7.1 Ah with good balance,and the cycle durability has been improved by about 61 cycles.
