Research on high-efficiency method of making sets of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries for electric power
Based on the research on the standard requirements of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries for electric power and the method of making sets of batteries in the production process,the processes of voltage classification,floating charge detection and open-circuit voltage detection of electric power batteries for 10 hours rate discharge were verified and optimized,and an efficient method was proposed to ensure the consistency of the matched valve-regulated lead-acid batteries when multiple units are used in series in the power system.It also greatly improves the matching efficiency and operability of the production process.
