Automatic Data Acquisition Technology for Prefabricated Segmental Beams Using Short-Line Method
Short line prefabricated segmental beam construction has become a common technique in bridge engineering construction, which can effectively improve project quality, shorten the construction period of bridge engineering, and ensure the safety of bridge use.In the process of prefabricated matching and positioning of segmental beams using the short-line method,a wireless network-based data automation collection method is proposed to address the drawbacks of conventional matching data collection methods.By remotely controlling the total station for segmental beam matching measurement, the problem of increased cumulative errors and gross errors at measurement points is avoided. This innovative method improves the accuracy of beam segment matching, ensures the reliability of data, not only improves the efficiency of measurement work, but also reduces the cost of construction survey and labor costs.By optimizing and analyzing the short-line matching measurement method, the technical feasibility of this method has been verified and can be promoted in similar projects.
