摘要
2000国家大地坐标系的全面推广使用,加快了城市现代测绘基准体系和服务的升级改造建设工作.苏州2000坐标系启用后,市本级现代测绘基准体系完成了升级改造.在此基础上,以常熟市为例分析了县级现有独立坐标系应用面临的问题和苏州2000坐标系的适宜性后,从总体思路、控制网升级改造、坐标转换平台等方面研究并实施了县级现代测绘基准服务升级改造;在苏州2000坐标系推广使用和市域一体化高质量发展建设背景下,实现了市级基准体系在常熟的加密扩展和应用.可为国内同类城市测绘基准服务的升级改造提供参考.
Abstract
The comprehensive popularization and use of CGCS2000 has accelerated the upgrading and reconstruction of urban modern surveying and mapping benchmark system and services.The modern surveying and mapping benchmark system at the municipal of Suzhou has been upgraded and renovated after the the implementation of the Suzhou 2000 coordinate system.On this basis,the problems of coordinate system application and the suitability of Suzhou 2000 coordinate system in Changshu are analyzed.Secondly,from the general idea,upgrading and reconstruction of control network,coordinate conversion platform,the upgrading and transformation of county-level modern surveying and mapping reference services are studied and implemented.Finally,under the background of the popularization and use of Suzhou 2000 coordinate system and the high-quality development and construction of municipal integration,the encryption expansion and application of municipal benchmark system in Changshu have been realized.The research content of this paper can provide a reference for the upgrading of surveying and mapping benchmark services in similar cities.
