建筑物变形监测是确保建筑安全稳定的重要手段,对于工程安全预测有着十分重要的作用.如何快速高效地对监测数据进行处理,同时实现项目全流程的监管成为日常工程项目管理中亟待解决的问题.针对该现状并结合日常变形监测项 目的特点和技术要求,综合运用多源信息融合技术设计并实现了变形监测项 目的智能化生产及监管,改变了传统的表格式生产管理方式,实现了项目管理的可视化和工期自动预警,大量减少项 目管理的成本投入,提升了项目的管理效果.同时实现了 自动化生成技术报告和沉降量曲线图,保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率.
Design and Implementation of Production Supervision and Intelligent Achievement Compilation Technology for Deformation Monitoring Projects
Building deformation monitoring is an important means to ensure building safety and stability,and plays a very important role in engineering safety prediction.How to process monitoring data quickly and efficiently,while achieving full process supervision of the project,has become an urgent issue in daily engineering project management.In response to this situation and in combination with the characteristics and technical requirements of daily deformation monitoring projects,we have comprehensively applied multi-source information fusion technology to design and implement intelligent production and supervision of deformation monitoring projects.This has changed the traditional table format production management method,achieved visual project management and automatic warning of project duration,significantly reduced project management cost investment,and improved project management effectiveness.At the same time,automated generation of technical reports and settlement curve graphs have been achieved,ensuring product quality and improving production efficiency.
