省级测绘成果汇交系统的设计与实现

摘要
根据现代社会对测绘成果的需求,提高测绘成果汇交效率,有利于加快测绘地理信息产业的高速发展.结合测绘成果的汇交现状,采用C/S模式,设计了汇交系统总体框架,利用Oracle数据库对用户数据库和元数据库进行系统化地开发,实现了基于元数据服务的数据访问技术以及元数据映射算法,运用Web API技术进行数据的传输,实现了测绘成果的快速汇交.建设省级测绘成果汇交系统,有利于测绘成果数据互通共享,有效地解决当前测绘成果数据汇交的诸多问题,为测绘成果汇交系统提供更多参考.
Abstract
In accordance with the demand for surveying and mapping achievements in modern society,improving the efficiency of surveying and mapping results is beneficial to speed up the rapid development of surveying and geoinformation industry.According to the surveying and mapping results collection status,using C/S model,design the exchange system framework,the systematic development of the user database and meta database using Oracle database,realizes the data access technology of metadata service and metadata mapping algorithm based on data transmission using Web API technology to achieve a rapid exchange of surveying and mapping the results.The provincial construction surveying and mapping achievements exchange system,is conducive to the surveying and mapping results of interoperability of data sharing,effectively solve many problems of the surveying and mapping results of data exchange,provide more reference system for surveying and mapping department.
