Quality Problems Analysis on the First and Second Order Leveling Project Results in Jiangsu Province
First and second order leveling has been widely used in surveying projects such as the maintenance and updating of regional modern vertical control surveying framework,regional land subsidence monitoring and urban rail transit engineering vertical control.The first and second level surveying projects are completed by corporations with geodetic or engineering surveying grade A qualifications and strong comprehensive strength.In this paper the quality issues of the results of the first and second order leveling projects in Jiangsu province which have been inspected in recent years are summarized based on production and inspection acceptance standards such as Specifications for the First and Second Order Leveling(GB/T 12897-2006),Specifications for Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Surveying and Mapping Products(GB/T 24356-2009).There are some typical problems in the quality of the results of these projects and the causes of the problems are briefly analyzed which has a strong reference significance for surveying and mapping corporations to standardize production and improve the quality of results.
